I am primarily a historical linguist working on early Scandinavian. I also investigate the nature of crosslinguistic variation.

My subfields of focus are morphology, syntax, phonology, etymology, and runology.

I am assistant professor of Scandinavian languages with a focus on runology at Uppsala University.
